Here are some frequently asked questions I get! Hopefully these can answer ones you may have, but if not, feel free to reach out! 

Question 1

Are your earrings hypoallergenic?

Yes! I search high and low for good quality findings that will work for all sensitivities. My earrings are hypoallergenic, which also includes being lead and nickel-free. 

Question 2

Where can I find your earrings in-store? 

You can shop Finley River online via my website and with me in-person at Queen Bee Boutiques located in Blue Springs, MO. Along with that, I wholesale to hundreds or retailers across the nation, so you're bound to find my goodies somewhere! 

Question 3

What do I do if my tracking hasn’t updated?

According to USPS, we must wait 45 days for domestic orders before filing a claim for the lost package. International orders must wait 90 days before we are able to file a claim. It is common for packages to stop tracking while your item is processing through your country’s customs. Please email us if you have not seen any movement on the order within this time frame, so we can find a solution.

Question 4

What if my package says it was delivered but I never received it?

We are not responsible for lost packages. Unfortunately it is out of our control, and you will need to contact your local postal service for further information regarding your package. In most cases, it was delivered to a neighbor or marked as delivered early and will arrive a few days later.

Question 5

What if my package is lost?

We are not responsible for lost packages. Please reach out via email regarding filing a lost package claim with the appropriate postal service. However, please note first class shipments are uninsured. If you wish to insure your package, you must choose Priority or UPS express. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
