WHOLESALE CUSTOMER POLICY

Once orders are in your boutique's hands, Finley River Millworks (wholesale) is not responsible for issues that happen to the earrings that a customer of yours purchases. Please be mindful of the way you are packaging/shipping these items (and please reach out if you need any insight as to how to ship them). If they show up damaged to YOU - please reach out to me within 72 hours of delivery. If a customer has an issue with their item, please do not direct them to my business, Finley River Millworks, it is up to you to refund/issue credit/etc.
